I can not accept orders 2 weeks or less to your event date. This ensures that I am able to have time to prepare for your customized order.

I will send a invoice after I have confirmed your order and that will be due 2 weeks after it is confirmed. If I do not receive that invoice by then I will have to cancel your order. 

 Cancelations must be made 14 days prior to your event date to receive a full refund. If its not canceled before then I can not offer a refund.

Delivery days are Monday-friday. Orders for a event on saturday or sunday need to be delivered on the friday before. 

If you need your order to be delivered outside of the couerdalene area there will be a fee.
